London duo CRASHFACE have shared a video for their brand new single ‘Molotov Smile’, which was premiered on Daniel P. Carter’s BBC Radio One Rock Show last week.
The new video was directed and edited by frontman Charlie Hinton, and was shot completely DIY in the band’s flat in East London. The new video see’s 90’s inspired lighting mixed with claustrophobic camera angles and visual effects, matching the electric nature of the track.
Talking about how it is to release music right now, Charlie said “Obviously releasing music is weird for every artist right now, but we’ve managed to write so much over the past year we’re just super eager to give people what we can to get through the tough times,”
“As we can’t be screaming at you in sweaty venues just yet, the visual aspect of these songs has been of even more importance, so it needs to be as just as mental as the tracks themselves.”
