The interview will be conducted at length by Dermot OâLeary on the show, which will also share footage from throughout his life.
The BBC will be airing the interview on BBC Two on March 27th, and will see the band’s 2019 Reading Festival set being aired afterwards.

“When I do look back on [these clips] itâs a really emotional experience,â Dave Grohl said. ââOver the years weâve had serious ups and downs. Weâve been through deaths and divorces, weâve been through Wembley Stadium and playing at the White House.”
“Weâve had a lot of incredible experiences but I would never wish any of it away â well, maybe some of it! â because I just love to do it.”
Dermot OâLeary added “Dave is one of the funniest, smartest and kindest people in the music industry, and his story of being in two of the worldâs greatest bands is fascinating. We had a great chat!”
The show has previously hosted the likes of Rod Stewart, Kylie Minogue and Noel Gallagher.
Foo Fighters recently performed on the Rock-N-Relief charity livestream where they performed ‘Making A Fire’ from their latest album ‘Medicine At Midnight’, and a cover of Bee Gees member Andy Gibbâs âShadow Dancingâ.
