VEXED have released the second single from their upcoming album ‘Culling Culture’.
The new single ‘Epiphany’ features Megan Targett’s multi-faceted clean vocal delivery juxtaposed with otherworldly auras, resonating, melodic rhythms and a bold message. The new single comes alongside a new video for the track as well (check it out below).
“Learning to love and accept yourself can be an uphill struggle, especially in a world where people online are free to pick apart every inch of you.” The band said talking about the new track. “Epiphany is a vulnerable yet cutthroat track about falling victim to self-loathing, battling mental illness, and finally discovering how to not give a fuck about what anyone thinks of you.”

The Hertfordshire group formed back in March 2019, and have since carved their mark into the metal scene, with their desire for heavy groove, unfiltered lyricism and technical proficiency.
Before signing with Napalm Records, VEXED previously have released two singles independently, showing off their “potent combination of aggressive groove mixed with ominous threads of progressive atmosphere”. Unfortunately, the pandemic stopped the bands planned tour with Whitechapel last year, along with a set at Bloodstock Festival 2020.
