Genre hopping Poppy is set to say goodbye to her ‘I Disagree’ era with a special livestream, that’s set to take place later in the month.
The special one-off global virtual event, which will take place on April 24th via Veeps, will see Poppy going through her whole set for the first time in a year, following the postponement of her UK and European tour dates due to the current global situation.
The show is set to be “the first time fans will be given a unique opportunity to witness Poppy’s creative vision come to life pandemic style, as the artist performs songs from the I Disagree era since 2020”

The Last Disagreement will be broadcast on April 24 at 9pm GMT (4pm ET), tickets for the event are available here.
Speaking with Kerrang! last year, Poppy explained how her mindset had changed throughout the pandemic, saying “I still disagree with a lot of things that are happening in the world, but in myself, I feel in a much brighter headspace. I finished writing a new album, so that’s a very positive thing that happened [in 2020], and I probably wouldn’t have had the time to do that if the world didn’t shut down, so I’m thankful for that.”
Poppy was also asked if her metal side will be staying with her on new material and if it’s still a big influence, she hinted “I’d say yes to that. Though the new album that I’ve made is going to be left open to interpretation by the listener, I would say that it still has the influence of heavy music.”
