The Fox God is back above UK soil and Baby Metal has yet another sold-out tour under their belt! The Japanese sensations treated the followers of London to two nights at Camden’s Roundhouse with support in the form of Vukovi! At the mercy of the Fox God, we went down to night 2 to witness the ritual unfold. Here’s what went down!

Vukovi would take to the stage and be met with joyous cheers from the die-hard fanbase. Performing in a full venue isn’t something every support can do but Vukovi had the chance and they seized the opportunity wonderfully! Tonnes of energy and an alluring charm captured the hearts of the crowd early on! Encouraging moshing and partying, Vukovi knew their role and made sure that not a single person wasn’t warmed up in anticipation for Baby Metal! A high-octane set ensured all body parts were loose and ready to rock, and as a result, the band revived a massive applause when exiting the stage!

The sounds of ‘Babymetal Death’ echoed around the Roundhouse as Su-metal, Moametal and Momometal took to the stage and unleashed their exquisite choreography to a heavy-as-nails instrumental! ‘Gimme Chocolate’ got the vocal chords warm while ‘Pa Pa Ya!!’ had the entire venue swinging anything they had above their heads in solidarity. Enchanting music carried the evening along nicely as Baby Metal went from strength to strength, not slowing down for one moment.

‘Mirror Mirror’ hypnotized the London crowd while ‘Time Wave’ and ‘Monochrome’ kept spirits exceptionally high and the fans and band showed zero sign of slowing down. A KAMI band solo was followed by the impactful ‘Metal!!’ Which only encouraged the audience to let loose once more. ‘Megitsune’ encouraged controlled chaos while ‘headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!!’ Allowed pure pandemonium to unfold within the roundhouse. Closing out the set was an impassioned performance of ‘Road Of Resistance’.

As fans left the venue, smiles could be seen brimming from ear to ear. Baby Metal is still a phenomenal live act that offers a unique look into the alternative music world. Bringing one of the most diverse crowds you will see at a show like this, Baby Metal still have so much more ahead of them!
