Bloodstock Announce New Additions To 2022 Lineup!

With festival season in full swing, a lot of UK metalheads are eagerly anticipating the return of Bloodstock Festival! Boasting 3 huge headliners in Behemoth, Mercyful Fate and Lamb Of God, the festival is set to be one to remember! Recently the Festival had to announce that Sacred Reich are unable to make the event however Sylosis would fill the spot. Unfortunately, that isn’t the only band that has had to pull out of the festival. 

Enforced and All Hail The Yeti both will be unable to attend this year’s Bloodstock Festival but don’t worry, the Bloodstock team have worked tirelessly to ensure the festival is as stacked as possible. Heart Of A Coward, Sister Shotgun, Ambrius and Thumm have all joined this year’s bill as well as the announcement of a special secret set on the Sophie Lancaster stage from an internationally renowned band on Friday afternoon. 

On top of all that, Bloodstocks Metal 2 The Masses competition has come to a close and the festival has announced who will be playing the festival as a result. Devon & Cornwall winners Mechanized, Birmingham’s winner’s Tumanduumband and Stoke’s runners-up Hellfeckted will play on the Friday. Norway’s winner’s Viction will play on the Saturday. 

Nottingham’s winners Drip Fed Empire and Somerset victors Unburier will be on the Sunday as well as Callous Hands, Devastator, Prolapse Ad, Desenser and Denali in what should be an action-packed day of hellish metal! 

Joining the Jagermeister Stage will be All Hail Dog, Vulgar Dissection, Syncolima, Bile Caster and Detoxen. This unique stage offers bands a great opportunity to play the prestigious festival in a very special way, it may be the smallest stage however it always draws a crowd being positioned in the middle of the festival grounds.
