Barely three weeks since the release of their eleventh album ‘Jylhä’, Finnish folk metallers Korpiklaani are back to share a drum playthrough of the albums opening track.
In the new drum playthrough, drummer Samuli Mikkonen rips through their new albums opening track.
Talking about the track the band said “The composition of Verikoira was kind of unorthodox. Samuli wrote the drum arrangements on his own first, and after the drums were recorded they started to make the music on top of it with Jonne.”
They added “The main idea was to make a strong opening track full of drums, like Judas Priest had on Painkiller. This is what they came up with.”
