As anticipation continues to build for their forthcoming third studio album ‘Sanguivore,’ British rockers Creeper have once again tantalised fans with their latest single, ‘Black Heaven.’
Following on from previous singles ‘Cry To Heaven’ and ‘Teenage Sacrifice,’ the new song presents an important moment in the story between the album’s core characters, Spook and Mercy.
Inspired by inspired by Nick Cave’s collaboration with the McGarrigle Sisters on the Bad Seeds’ track ‘Hallelujah’, the song features vocal interplay between William Ghould’s baritone croon and Hannah Hermione’s sweetly alluring vocal harmonies providing another standout touch.
Talking about the song’s influences, William Ghould said “This song allows us to show a new side to the band and sees us experimenting with electronic elements properly for the first time. Taking influence from Depeche Mode and New Order, we try to push the boundaries of our sound out further than they’ve been before.”

Produced by Tom Dalgety (Ghost, Royal Blood), the upcoming album is set to see Creeper going larger-than-life as they sonically explore rock history, pulling from Jim Steinman-style ripping rock operas to Billy Idol’s punk/sleaze hybrid and the moody heavyweight electro-rock of Gary Numan.
‘Sanguivore’ is set to release on 13th October, and it’s available to pre-order HERE.
