Dublin’s Fontaines D.C have announced a special interactive livestreamed show from London’s legendary O2 Academy Brixton.

The new virtual gig will be taking place on 23rd November at 8.30pm GMT, and will see the band returning to the scene of their biggest sold-out headline show to date. The show will be taking place via the MelodyVR app across smartphones and VR headsets, and will allow fans to select from a range of camera angles to experience the show how they’d like to.

Tickets for the show will cost Β£10 and are available from here (affiliate link).

The show is part of the MelodyVR series that Brixton is currently hosting.

This news follows after the release of the bands second album ‘A Hero’s Death’, which reached number two in the UK charts (only being beaten by Taylor Swift).

The new livestream comes ahead of a full 2021 UK tour for the band which will see them playing on the following dates:
