Earlier in the year when quarantine was starting off, Green Days Billie Joe Armstrong started recording covers every week “until we’re let back out into the world”. The No Fun Mondays were an interesting look into some of the acts that had inspired Billie over the years.
While we’re still not back out into the world yet, Green Days frontman has now announced that his covers are going to be released as an album.
The ‘No Fun Monday’ record is set to release on November 27th. You can pick it up on a cool baby blue vinyl, with glow in the dark sleeve from the Green Day store here.
