American nu metal juggernauts, KORN, have announced that they will be returning to the UK’s capital to perform for the first time in seven years – Revealing their biggest UK headline show to date at London’s Gunnersbury Park on Sunday 11 August.

The mammoth outdoor event, will also play host to a selection of very special guests, with support from Denzel Curry, Spiritbox, Wargasm, and Loathe.

“We’re really excited to play a big show for our London fans in a different kind of setting.” KORN frontman, Jonathan Davis revealed. “It’s been 7 years since we last played London, so we’re ready to bring it to Gunnersbury Park with our incredible supporting artists: Denzel Curry, Spiritbox, Wargasm, and Loathe.”

Florida rapper Denzel Curry added “Me & KORN about to slaughter sh*t when we get back in the UK. Be Ready.”

Over the last couple of years, Curry has emerged as trailblazer, igniting a brash new wave in the scene. From headlining at London’s O2 Academy Brixton to leading his way at the top of the bill of Outbreak Festival 2023, the artist has solidifying his force in both rap and rock, being embraced across both worlds.

The exciting alt-metal event will also play host to two quickly rising female lead groups in the global rock scene, with Spiritbox and Wargasm also taking their place on the line-up. The latter of which is leading the new wave of genre-blending metal, dominating stages across both arenas and festivals, and the former propelling the genre ahead with their forward-thinking, technical metal and recent collaborations with artists like Megan The Stallion.

“We’re excited to be back in London, playing with some of our favourite artists.” Spiritbox said, “To come back to London in 2024 in such a massive way is a huge honour for us.”

“Having the chance to finally be on a lineup with Korn after having received so much love and support from Munky and Jonathan in the past feels great.” Wargasm added, “The day is going to be relentless and we’re very happy to be a part of it.”

Rising to prominence with their second album ‘I Let It In and It Took Everything’, Liverpool metalgaze outfit, Loathe, have continued to evolve with the acclaimed follow up ‘The Things They Believe’, which saw them embark on an extensive USA and UK headline run, as well as performing some standout sets at Download Festival, ArcTanGent, and Outbreak.

Undeniably one of the best line-ups of this summer, the event is expected to sell fast, with fans being encouraged to buy quickly to avoid disappointment. Tickets go on general sale 10:00AM Friday 12 January here (Affiliate Link)!
