Royal Blood today tweeted out a mysterious picture of a vintage orange Ford car with number plate ‘ROYAL’. The photo was joined in the tweet with the caption ‘24.9’.

In addition, the bands Instagram account has been wiped, and has uploaded a photo of the band and the car.

No further details have been given, but it suggests that the Brighton duo could be sharing some new music that’ll be announced next week.

The bands last release was three years ago with ‘How Did We Get So Dark?’. Last year the band debuted two new tracks at Reading & Leeds Festival 2019.
